1) Site Supervisor- As a Site Supervisor in road construction, you'll support senior supervisors by overseeing daily site activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, coordinating with contractors and laborers, and conducting quality control checks. Your role involves resolving on-site issues, maintaining safety standards, and documenting materials and workforce. Additionally, you'll assist in progress reporting, implementing construction plans, and supporting other site-related tasks as needed.
2) Junior Structure Engineer- As a Junior Structures Engineer, your role entails supporting senior engineers in the design, analysis, and construction of various structures such as Culverts, LVUPs, bridges, and retaining walls. You'll assist in conducting structural assessments, preparing engineering drawings, and analyzing project requirements. Additionally, you'll collaborate with other team members, perform site inspections, and ensure compliance with design standards and specifications. Your responsibilities also include assisting in the resolution of technical challenges, contributing to project documentation, and supporting the implementation of engineering solutions.
3) Senior Structure Engineer- As a Senior Structures Engineer with added responsibilities in Quantity Surveying (QS), Billing, and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), your role encompasses overseeing the design, analysis, and construction of complex structures while also managing cost-related aspects of projects. You'll lead a team of engineers, providing guidance and technical expertise, while also overseeing QS activities such as cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement. Your responsibilities include preparing detailed BOQs, monitoring project expenses, and ensuring billing accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements. Additionally, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to optimize project costs and resolve discrepancies. Your role involves a comprehensive understanding of structural engineering principles as well as proficiency in QS practices to ensure project success within budgetary constraints.
